Koohistan Tasseled Pillow Sham/Runner

This Vintage Koohistani Tasseled Pillow Sham/Runner is in good condition with the exception of a small easily repaired separation of the lace edging. This is a rare textile from Afghanistan. It is made of cotton, silk, wool, and metal, and is red and green in color with tasseled corners. It would be a lovely addition to room decor and could be wall mounted, used on a table as a runner, or as a pillow top. It is 30 x 13.5 inches in size.
